The Box Office is open during the following times;
Monday to Friday, 10am - 6.30pm Saturday 10am - 2pm (later on performance days) Sunday and Bank Holidays, from 1 hour before performance

Tickets can be purchased with a credit/debit card on 023 9282 4355.
Alternatively, you can usually reserve tickets which must be paid for within seven days. Reservations are automatically released for sale when the deadline for payment expires.

Please send a cheque or postal order made payable to 'PLCA' with details of the tickets you require and an SAE to;

You can visit our Box Office at the Guildhall to purchase tickets by cash, cheque, postal order or credit/debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch.
Booking Fees
Booking fees have become industry standard across commercial venues such as the Guildhall. Many venues have decided to close their Box Office operations and outsource their ticketing to national ticketing agents. The result of this means even higher costs being passed on to the customer and the loss of personal service and venue knowledge that in-house Box Offices are able to give.
We have decided to invest in our own modern Box office system, which includes on-line bookings, to increase the level of customer service. As well as this investment, tighter promoter deals and increasing costs across all of our operational areas have resulted in a booking fee being charged as follows;
- Tickets purchased by phone / post- £2.50 per ticket
- Tickets purchased on-line - £2.00 per ticket
- Cash purchases in person - no fee (Valid for Guildhall concerts only)
Exchanges/Refunds
Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. However, we will accept tickets for resale if an event has sold out
(£2 fee per ticket applies).
