Terms & Conditions All reservations will be processed overnight and the best available ticket will be issued and posted to you within three days. You will receive an email confirming whether your booking has been accepted or not. Tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection if you book within 7 days of the event. Important Information All of our tickets are sold at face value - we do not charge a booking/admin fee. Credit card transactions only are subject to a £1.75 per ticket surcharge. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. Please note that tickets will not be posted outside of the UK, however can be collected from the Box Office. We will only accept tickets for resale if an event has sold out (£1 fee per ticket applies).
