The Guildhall is able to accommodate a huge range of events. Here you can find information on all of the areas available within the venue.
Main Hall
The main concert hall hosts major conferences, exhibitions, banquets and concerts and can hold over two thousand people. All the major artistes have played the Guildhall at one time or another and we continue to be on the No.1 circuit for tours.
With other events ranging from Beer Festivals to Body Building championships, the flexibility of the venue makes it ideal for pretty much any event you can think of.

Harlequin
A fabulous room for dinners and parties with its own bar and distinctive décor. The Harlequin provides a full restaurant service during the day and is a great place to entertain your guests or enjoy dinner with friends before a show.

Small Concert Hall
This hall is ideal for smaller conferences (up to a hundred or so) and is also perfect for exhibitions, corporate road shows and seminars. It’s also one of the two rooms licensed for weddings and civil partnerships.

- Max Capacity = 250 (reception)

Member's Room
The second of our venues licensed for weddings and civil partnerships, the members room also provides more privacy for corporate meetings and sponsors where that extra level of service is required.

South Reception
The Star Room has tremendous views over Guildhall Square and is often used for receptions, seminars and meetings. With its incredibly rare glass mural forming a beautiful backdrop, the room also provides an extra break out area for conferences.
